Conference 2009: Hotel and Travel

Standard Room Rates: $120 Prior to April 7, 2009 - Ask for the “Texas Career Advising and Placement Services Rate”. Please note that there is a 12% tax; however, you can present your tax exempt documentation and this rate will be reduced to 6%. All rooms must be guaranteed by check, credit card or approved billing for late arrival. See hotel website for details, cancellation and refund policy.
Check-In: 4:00 PM - If you arrive early and your room is not yet ready, a holding room will be available for your luggage.
Check-Out: By noon.
Closest Airport: Houston Hobby only minutes away.
Other Airport: Houston Bush Intercontinental
Transportation: Complementary shuttle service may be available from Houston Hobby airport. Call the Clear Lake Shuttle Service directly at 281-334-3873 to confirm the schedule and to verify the fare. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
