Hotel Registration - Conference Rate Deadline, extended until sold out.
A block of rooms has been reserved for us until April 20, 2010. The rate is $159.00 per night plus tax and parking for King or Double bed sized rooms. Please note that river view rooms are availble at this hotel, but not at Conference Rates. Please register online with PassKey.com at Registration. Select the "General Block" to register; no Access Code is needed. Telephone reservations at the hotel are not available at this time. Contact TXCAPs if that becomes a problem for you.
This is a great conference location on Lady Bird Lake within walking distance of the State Capitol and the Downtown Austin entertainment district. The famous River Bridge which is home to the thousands of bats that fly away at sunset is just one block away.

Travel Information
No special group travel arrangements have been made. The Austin International Airport is not far away; see hotel website for information about shuttles. For those driving, the Hotel is located just off of Interstate 35. See hotel website for maps and directions.
